To have photos taken at one of your games, please have your team manager or coach contact me at alcamphotography@gmail.com to schedule a date/time for me to cover your game. I will do my best to accommodate all teams interested in having their photos taken but given the number of different venues and the number of teams, scheduling will have to be done on a first come - first served basis. Parents will have the opportunity to select photos from the comfort of your home via this website. The overall package that I offer yields the biggest return for your financial investment - up to 3 action photos AND a team photo (if desired) for a flat rate of $225. For a team of 17 players it will cost approximately $13/player .... you pick the photos, the size of the photos and high resolution digital copies will be emailed to you. Print as many copies as you want, email to family or upload to Facebook.
Once I have photographed your game, I will upload photos to a private gallery for your team and will contact the team manager when the photos are ready for viewing.
To order photos, please follow these instructions: Parents may choose up to THREE (3) photos (same photo or 3 different photos) - Parents will email me @ (alcamphotography@gmail.com) with the file number associated with the photos they wish to order along with the size(s). Photos will then be edited & cropped to YOUR CHOICE of size: 5x7, 8x10, or 11x14 Photos will be emailed directly to parents (if the team opts for a team photo this will be mailed directly to the team contact person) - Photos may be printed/emailed/etc as often as you like … makes a nice gift for other family members or for an end of season gift for the players. I will require the following before processing your orders: - file numbers of photos - size of photo(s), players name & number - phone # in case I need to reach you. Additional photos may be ordered at significantly discounted rates ($15 each). I will also provide a more traditional posed photo for families who are interested in this type of photo ... you can still pick up to three photos - action or posed - for the same price. I will just need to know in advance of the game who would like the posed photo. I can also offer trading cards and a pack of 20 sells for $27.50.
